There are a lot of “life coach” type people out there. What makes you different?
In short, philosophy and training. There are 4 requisites for lasting change: releasing mental/emotional Baggage, setting clear Goals, Focusing on the positive things you want, and taking consistent Action toward those goals. A breakthrough session takes care of the first two requisites for lasting change. Coaching takes care of the last two so that you have momentum and good habits to keep you going, long after the coaching process has ended.
As for training, anyone can call themselves a “life coach” because this is an unregulated industry. I have undergone hundreds of hours of training over the course of years, becoming a certified trainer of NLP (neuro linguistic programming), Hypnosis, Mental & Emotional Release Therapy, Huna practitioner (energy work), and certified Integrative NLP Coach, recognized by the Association of Integrative Psychology. I also mentor other coaches to do what I do and am a coach of coaches.
What is a Breakthrough session?
Harnessing the power of your unconscious mind, I can help you realign your unconscious beliefs and values to achieve your goals exponentially faster, unleashing an arsenal of tools and techniques to help you release the baggage in your life that is at the root of self-sabotage, self-doubt, anxiety, and limiting beliefs. All of your baggage will be gone in the area of life you choose to work on by the end of your session or I will refund you. I have made that offer to every client and no one has asked for a refund.
During an 6-8 hour session over the course of two consecutive days, we’ll work on a single area of life: Physical Health, Career, Relationship, Family, Personal Growth & Development, Spirituality. We’ll start with a deep dive into a detailed personal history on Day 1 and move into Release Work on Day 2. After which, all your baggage in that area will be gone.

Wait. How much do you charge?
I don't have generic prices because every package is tailored to your needs. Some people want a one-time Breakthrough session. Others want a Breakthrough session and 6 months of coaching to establish healthier patterns and habits. (That's the most popular.) Some past coaching clients just want 15 minute accountability check-ins for a while to make sure they stay on track. Because it varies so much, a consultation is necessary.
